Sometimes on a wintery, yucky day, what better way to relax is to make some comfort food pies.
So out comes the brisket off cuts, mixed up a beef gravy, fried off some bacon and mixed, with some tasty cheese and wella, out comes a tasty yummy pie, just in time for tea..

One thing about living in Taranaki and that’s dealing with so many great locals. Last night we had the pleasure of doing some finger food for a great local company TSB New Zealand Lending Team, which support so many locals, in so many ways. On the menu we did a cheese board to start with and then we served up some mixed Pulled Pork and Pulled Beef Sliders, Smoked Meat Balls, Crispy Chicken and Smoked Brisket Jalepeno cheese Sausages (from The Kiwi Butcher Shop), some Fish Bites/ Prawn Twisters and then a Platter of Sweet Treats. What a great night we had and it was great to have some lights on the trailer care of the team at Taranaki Electrical Services..
